If you are looking for support and guidance to resolve issues which have left you feeling powerless or if you are just hitting a rough spot in your life, I believe that through therapeutic approaches, together we can conquer your fears to resolve issues from your past that are contributing to behavior patterns (e.g., anxiety, depression) and negative perceptions keeping you from feeling empowered.  I look forward to working with you to achieve your goals. I am passionate about partnering with clients so they can become empowered to become their authentic selves. As a certified EMDR therapist, my perspective is helping clients get past their limiting beliefs, negative thoughts and feelings about themselves.

Managing emotions can sometimes feel like an uphill battle. And yet, feeling disconnected from our authentic selves can feel like a profound sense of loss as we long for meaning, connection, and purpose. This is our greatest calling as conscious beings and it is not always easy to find someone or something that will guide us through the trials and tribulations of self-discovery.

Elizabeth is a Marriage and Family Therapist Associate who earned her Master’s degree in Counseling and Depth Psychology from Pacifica Graduate Institute, as well as pursuing Somatic Experiencing Trauma Therapy training. As a trained yoga instructor and Reiki master, her therapeutic approach that is informed by mind, body, and spirit. Her integrative, depth perspective empowers individuals as they encounter unconscious material on their journey to wholeness."

Jaimie Sandlin

Marriage & Family Therapist Associate, AMFT

Jaimie is an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist that balances her gentle nature with her straight forward attitude. She received her Bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology and Nutrition Science from Whittier College and her Master’s degree in Counseling, emphasis in Marriage, Family, and Children from Palo Alto University. She uses both studies to treat the whole person and believes that every part is connected and valuable. She helps clients make sense of their past experiences and shift their present lives to lead to a more fulfilled future.

Her counseling experience began by supporting at-risk foster youth and their families, as well as supporting children and adolescents in school settings. She specializes in working with adolescents that are managing anxiety, depression, impulsive behaviors, and life transitions. She has expanded her focus to empower adult women to overcome unhealthy relationships, traumatic experiences, substance use, and chronic pain.
